Rental Policy

Equipment rentals are charged for the daily "possession" of the equipment rented to you. You are responsible to return the equipment in the same condition that you received it.

If for any reason equipment is damaged during possession of the equipment rented to you, you will be charged the replacement cost of the equipment. 

All reservations cancelled 7 days prior to trip time will be refunded, minus a $5 cancellation fee per guest. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours prior to trip will be refunded 50%. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of trip time are NOT refundable. By registering for a trip, you agree to this cancellation policy.
